The enterprise was established on the
15th of October 1995, as a limited responsibility quoted society, with the
legal name of "Curtumes Joćo B. Salgueiro, Lda." In the 1997, January 6th a
quote cessation occurred and the company share capital was increased and it was
distributed by the partners: Joćo Branco Salgueiro, Paul Salgueiro and Nelson Salgueiro. "Curtumes Joćo B.
Salgueiro" tannery has a large experience in short sheep skins tanning with
vegetal extracts. Actually the main product is sheep leather tanned with wattle
extracts.
The company strategy concerns the
investigation of new processes and products in order to differentiate itself from
the competition and to acquire competitive advantage.
